Clinician attestation

The clinician's signed acknowledgment that an AI-generated note is accurate.

Clinician attestation is the sign-off that closes a note. It confirms the clinician reviewed the AI-generated content, edited what was wrong, and takes clinical and legal responsibility for the final record. Attestation language is a required feature — not a nice-to-have — for any AI scribe used in the US.
