Editorial independence.
No vendor pays for inclusion in our ranking, for higher placement, or for a higher score. The full rubric is published on the Methodology page before we score any scribe.
Inclusion. We include a scribe when it meets our small-clinic scope — HIPAA BAA available, self-serve or short procurement, English-language notes — and when it has at least fifty documented clinician users. Inclusion is not for sale.
Placement and scoring. Rankings are set by the published rubric before any commercial relationship. Scores can only change when a scribe is re-tested against the same rubric.
Affiliate links. We may earn a referral fee if you sign up for a scribe through a link on this site. Affiliate status does not affect rank or score. Scribes without affiliate programs are ranked the same as those with.
Corrections. If a vendor believes a factual claim is inaccurate, they can request a correction. Corrections are made to the factual claim only. Scores are re-evaluated only on the published rubric.
Conflicts of interest. No editorial staff owns equity in any listed vendor. This site is not operated by a scribe vendor.
