Training-data use
Whether a vendor reuses clinic data to improve its models.
Training-data use is whether audio, transcripts, or notes are reused to train, fine-tune, or evaluate the vendor's models. Default expectation for AI scribes serving small clinics is opt-in only, with de-identification before any training use. The BAA should state this explicitly.
